Grand Slam Promotion
Client: D.R. Horton, homebuilder, Seattle Division
Objective: To drive up buyer traffic to all D.R. Horton communities. We used direct mail, print advertising, radio, signage and Seattle Times inserts to bring people to the communities. People were given a punch card, when 3 communities were visited, they would receive a stadium seat, baseball hat, peanuts, cracker jacks and 2 Mariners game tickets.
